My first thought was how light it felt! It's wonderfully aromatic and sweet, with the licorice flavor becoming more pronounced towards the end, followed by a deep, rich bitterness from the bellflower root. It's easy to drink and convenient too! I carry a packet of Adaptogen Licorice extract in my thermos everywhere I go! It's said to reduce stress and boost immunity, which is fantastic. It's so good, and I think even kids would enjoy it!
ConsThe only downsides are that it might be a bit too sweet for some, and the bellflower scent could be a bit stronger.
TipIn summer, you could try adding some ice cubes and water for a refreshing, healthy, and delicious drink!

Maybe it's because I like that kind of scent, but I found it calming and soothing. Taste) I was worried the bellflower root flavor might be too strong or bitter, but surprisingly, it had a hint of sweetness that I enjoyed. Even my elementary school-aged niece tried a sip and said it was tasty, so I think it shouldn't be too difficult for children or those who don't like bitter flavors to consume. How to drink and effects) I mixed it with warm water and sipped it whenever my throat felt scratchy or I was thirsty. Since I have sensitive airways, I specifically chose bellflower root, and after drinking it, my throat felt more comfortable and the irritation was significantly reduced. Pairing suggestions) The taste is sweeter than expected, so you can enjoy it on its own or pair it with some snacks for a little personal tea time to brighten up your day!
ConsThere weren't any side effects to speak of, and the easy-tear packaging was convenient. One downside is that since it's not a medication, you can't expect immediate results.
TipIf you take this to work in a bottle, your throat won't hurt as much even if you talk a lot. I highly recommend preparing it like tea for the best experience.

While the taste is a bit bitter for my childish palate, my mother says it's not bitter at all and she likes it! There's a slight herbal scent, but since it comes in powder form, the aroma isn't too noticeable. I'm not sure about the effects yet, but seeing that it's made by an agricultural cooperative corporation gives me confidence. With ingredients like licorice and bellflower root, I think it'll be beneficial if taken regularly. Since we can't buy fresh produce separately every day, this additive-free product seems like a good alternative!
ConsThere weren't any particular issues when consuming it, but if someone really can't handle bitter tastes, they might need to dilute it with water. I just tore open the packet and swallowed it in one go!
TipIf you eat candy or jelly right after taking it, the bitter taste disappears quickly. The aftertaste doesn't seem to linger for too long.
