The potency level is off the charts - 300 million! It helps ease the guilt after carb intake. The unique chocolate flavor is tasty, and it provides some relief when feeling bloated. It's as effective as taking two or three other enzyme supplements. Without any struggle, it seems to promote a daily bowel movement.

Cons

The price point is a bit steep... I'm on my second bottle now, and I'm torn between repurchasing or trying multiple cheaper alternatives.
