  As a pregnant woman, I can take this Vitamin D supplement with peace of mind. I love that it contains a moderate 1000 IU of Vitamin D, which isn't excessive. It's also great that it's calorie-free, which is always a concern when taking vitamins. The pills are on the smaller side, making them incredibly easy to swallow. Plus, the convenience of only needing to take one pill once a day made it simple to incorporate into my daily routine.

  There's absolutely nothing to complain about, but it would be nice if it were a bit more affordable.
