  Unlike other peeling gels, this one works best on damp skin. I actually find this to be a plus since you can use it right after washing your face without having to dry off completely. Other products that require dry skin can feel a bit harsh and sometimes leave my skin feeling parched. This one, however, is much gentler and more comfortable to use.

I wish I had stocked up during the Olive Young buy-one-get-one-free sale! This peeling gel has a unique texture compared to others - it's like a smooth, bouncy jelly or pudding. It glides on effortlessly, and if you massage it gently for a while, it gradually forms little beads. The key is to apply and rinse it off with gentle motions, not rubbing vigorously. After use, my skin feels smooth and firm without any dryness or tightness. However, I still follow up with toner immediately since the skin is freshly exfoliated. Compared to other affordable and well-reviewed peeling gels, this one may be pricier, but its performance is unmatched. Among all the peeling gels I've tried, this B.plain Mung Bean Peeling Gel takes the crown for effectiveness.

  Packaging: Green opaque plastic container with a one-touch opening. Easy to use, and you can check the remaining amount by holding it up to the light - quite practical. Quantity: Using it 1-2 times a week, it's lasted me nearly a year. Texture: A very fluid, light green emulsion. Unlike some peeling products with granules, this one has a smooth, flowing consistency. Application: As mentioned, it's very runny without any particles, so it feels less abrasive when massaging on the face. For a thorough exfoliation, I apply a moderate amount, rinse, then reapply and massage again. This method is gentle yet effective for dead skin cell removal. I use it 1-2 times weekly, so I don't have excessive dead skin buildup. Still, it's oddly satisfying to see the 'gunk' come off each time. I'm not sure if it's all dead skin cells or if the product just balls up on contact with the skin. Post-use, my skin texture is noticeably smoother. Before important events, I'll use this peeling gel the night before, follow up with a mask or rich moisturizer, and wake up to flawless skin. Despite having more sensitive skin during seasonal changes or my menstrual cycle, I've had no adverse reactions in nearly a year of use.   Scent: Oh my! It's quite unpleasant when applied to the face. To me, it smells like a mix of rain on dusty asphalt and a lingering sour smell of baby spit-up (not vinegary, but a different kind of sour). Honestly, I'm just using it up because of the smell. After-feel: While it's great that it exfoliates without much irritation, it leaves a slippery residue on the skin. Unlike other products where a water rinse suffices, I need to follow up with a bit of cleansing foam. This extra step might actually cause more skin irritation. I've tried many peeling gels, and this is the first since Primera that leaves such a slick feeling. This finish doesn't suit me, so I won't repurchase. Price: I wasn't aware of the regular price, but it's quite expensive! Even if I loved the product, I'd wait for a sale. As it stands, I think it's overpriced for its performance. While the exfoliation effect is average, other aspects are unsatisfactory. Unless there's a significant price drop, I won't be repurchasing.
