It has a staining effect and if you're looking for a lightweight, non-sticky lip tint, this product has the perfect formula.

It doesn't emphasize fine lines or apply patchily, but goes on evenly.

The only downside is that it transfers. It doesn't immediately disappear from your lips, but it leaves marks when you drink something, which is annoying. I love the color and pigmentation, but I find myself not reaching for it because of this issue.
