When I apply this to my blemishes, it usually calms them down well. It has a light texture that's suitable even for oily skin types, and it absorbs quickly. It also has a nice cooling effect.
ConsIf you have any dry patches, be careful when applying this and make sure to follow up with a good moisturizer. The cooling effect makes it feel like the product is evaporating, which can leave your face feeling dry rather quickly. While this isn't an issue for oily skin, all other skin types should be cautious with their skincare routine. Due to these factors and the use of tea tree oil, those with sensitive skin should be extra careful.
TipI've found it quite effective in quickly calming inflamed blemishes when applied just as they're about to form. It's also great for controlling excess oil when applied to very oily areas of the face.

With the change of seasons, I've been getting blemishes here and there, so I tried this with some skepticism. But I'm really pleased that it's not too heavy and the tea tree scent isn't overpowering. It applies lightly without feeling heavy and absorbs well! Unlike regular tea tree oil, it feels deeply hydrating, so I don't mind applying it daily. It's packed with great ingredients like green tea leaf extract, centella asiatica leaf extract, apple extract, and beta-glucan, making it an item I want to use consistently.
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about it! If I had to nitpick... since it's so good for daily use, I wish it came in a larger size.
TipAmong ampoules, this one feels quite light, so those with dry skin might need to layer a moisturizer on top for extra hydration! It's perfect to apply right after washing up, so I keep it in the bathroom and use it regularly.

I'm not a fan of dropper ampoules, so this was a pleasant surprise. Impressed by how light it feels after application. It absorbs well despite its texture. Provides decent hydration. I felt a slight deep dryness after one application, but layering it twice eliminated any feeling of dehydration.
ConsThe texture is quite sticky. I prefer products that don't feel tacky on the skin, but this one is more viscous than expected. Minimal improvement in blemishes. Tea tree might not be suitable for my skin type... I didn't notice any significant reduction in acne.
TipI recommend applying it twice for best results!

Scent: A subtle herbal fragrance (likely to be universally appealing) Texture: Not runny, but feels like a lightweight essence or ampoule Feel: Moisturizing when applied, quickly absorbs for a fresh finish Pros: - Light texture suitable for acne-prone combination dehydrated skin and oily skin types - While it doesn't completely eliminate existing blemishes or sebum, it helps calm the skin to prevent further breakouts - Great for layering between toner and emulsion steps for hydration and soothing without stickiness
ConsExperienced a slight tingling or burning sensation once or twice during use. It's not intensely hydrating or rich in moisture, so it might not be the perfect match for those with super dry skin
TipAfter using an exfoliating toner, layer this product twice and finish with a light emulsion for suitable skincare during seasonal changes. While not miraculous, it can be used as a daily soothing treatment, whereas the same brand's tea tree oil works as an emergency spot treatment but feels a bit more irritating

Highly recommended for sensitive skin that easily reddens. It provides just the right amount of hydration for oily to combination skin types. The lightweight formula makes it perfect for use even when your skin is acting up, without feeling heavy or burdensome. Comparison: When compared to the Tory ampoule, which I found most effective among soothing ampoules, this one is gentler and easier to apply. While its calming effect might be slightly milder, it's more effective at reducing that burning sensation! Soothing Effect: I've tried many soothing ampoules, and I'd rate this one's effectiveness as medium to high. As someone with easily reddened skin, I noticed it quickly calmed both redness and heat. Texture: It has a watery gel-like consistency that glides on smoothly. There's a slight stickiness after application, but it's not uncomfortable. It works well as a base layer before makeup, neither too heavy nor too light. Hydration: While lightweight, it provides sufficient hydration. The gel-like texture doesn't evaporate quickly, which I appreciate. It maintains skin's moisture well without causing excess oil production. Irritation: As someone with super sensitive skin, I experienced zero irritation! No burning or discomfort - just a comfortable, soothing experience.
ConsThere weren't any particular downsides - it's a solid, reliable soothing ampoule!

It has a mild tea tree scent that shouldn't bother those sensitive to fragrances. The product itself is gentle and lightweight, making it perfect for daily use without any concerns. I didn't experience any blemishes either!
ConsIf you're expecting an ampoule packed with hydration, you might find this a bit drying. I personally have very dry skin during seasonal changes, so I prefer using it lightly in the morning as part of my ampoule step before makeup, rather than in the evening routine!

With this product, I realized I no longer need that separate tea tree oil step, which is super convenient! Plus, since my usual oil is also from Essenherb, a brand known for their tea tree products, I felt even more confident using this. The texture is slightly viscous yet lightweight. When I first pumped it out, I thought it might be too rich, but it actually absorbs cleanly and lightly. The tea tree scent isn't overpowering, so even first-time users should find it comfortable. During my use, I didn't experience any blemishes, and it was great to apply when I felt too lazy to use separate tea tree oil. So convenient and effective!
ConsWhile the milder tea tree scent can be both a pro and a con (which is why I mentioned it in the positives), some might find it disappointing if they're expecting a strong tea tree sensation and powerful skin-soothing effects. However, I think it's understandable for a serum meant to be applied all over the face. If you're looking for intense soothing on specific areas, you might be better off using pure tea tree oil.
TipWhen I was dealing with widespread inflammatory blemishes on my face, tea tree ingredients really helped me. I can't help but think if this product had been available then, I might have seen results even faster. If you're noticing your blemishes spreading from one area rather than popping up randomly, I highly recommend trying tea tree ingredients!

Once absorbed, you can barely smell it! If you're extremely sensitive to scents and prefer completely fragrance-free products, this might not be for you. ✔️ Texture The consistency is slightly runny, like a thin mucus (?) But it's not bothersome at all! With a gentle massage, it transforms into an incredibly lightweight formula. It's somewhere between a toner and an emulsion. So the application feel is quite unique! It reminds me of that snail toner or emulsion from a certain brand... px.. Exactly that! Very nice. The finish is even more refreshing. ✔️ Finish I was worried because of the slightly runny texture, But contrary to my expectations, it's really, really refreshing (based on one application) As someone with combination dehydrated skin who wants inner hydration but hates residual oiliness on the skin's surface, I'm truly satisfied. (based on 1-2 applications) This means if you have dry skin, you might find it a bit drying, so use it along with other hydrating products! ✔️ Packaging Ah... first of all, the packaging... it's really pretty... It looks very luxurious for its price point. However... perhaps they focused too much on design... The pump opening tends to drip if you squeeze while holding it upright.. It's quite surprising.. maybe because of the runny texture. I highly recommend laying the container horizontally(?) when pumping... ✔️ Blemishes Even with my super sensitive skin, So far, it's been fine!
ConsThe packaging.. the pump part.... it's a bit disappointing... Apart from that, it's really a decent, nice product..
TipIf you have very oily skin, it shouldn't be a problem, But for those with combination dehydrated skin like me, first apply a very light hydrating product, then use this! When you apply this as a final step, the finish feels cool, smooth, and silky(?), which is quite pleasant. It really gives a slightly smooth, silky(?) finish... Only those who've tried it would understand...

Recently, due to lack of sleep, I've had a couple of blemishes pop up, but after using this ampoule, they visibly subsided!!! I also tend to have severe redness, and usually after cleansing, my skin gets irritated and flushes. But with this product, the redness calms down incredibly fast - it's amazing!!! Plus, it's hydrating without being sticky, and its lightweight formula works well with my toners and moisturizers. I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, but I'm so impressed that I'll likely repurchase it. Now I understand why everyone raves about tea tree! I highly recommend Essenherb's tea tree products over others!
ConsTry as I might, I can't think of any downsides... It even calms blemishes while providing a hydrating feel that I'm extremely satisfied with!!!

First, looking at the ingredients list, I noticed they used tea tree leaf water instead of purified water, which improved absorption. Unlike some blemish-focused ampoules that feel too light, this one had a nice hydrating quality that I really appreciated. The color has a slight green tint, and I loved the subtle, herbal scent. Though it looks thin, it has a slight viscosity that absorbed well into my combination dehydrated skin, leaving it moisturized for a long time without any dryness. I also noticed a slight brightening effect on my complexion when applying it. I tend to get blemishes right before that time of the month, and this time I had one on my chin. After applying this ampoule, I saw it calmed down quickly!
ConsThe only downside is that the amount seems a bit small for the price.
TipFor those with blemish-prone skin, I think using this ampoule along with a toner and cream from the same line could create a great synergy!
