It's not that there's no residual feeling. It has a slightly astringent finish... A bit sticky in feel..? But since it's a quickly-absorbing serum, the skin doesn't feel stuffy. It's a really interesting residual sensation..

It absorbs really quickly and dries up nicely! Thanks to that, even though it's a moisture serum, there's no slippery residue left! It gives a basic hydration feel, so when I don't feel like applying multiple products, I just use this one!

Hmm, I don't think this would be ideal for use as a serum or ampoule, especially for dry skin types. It's not bad per se, but applying it as a serum left my skin feeling a bit dry.
I think it would work better as a toner replacement, used in the essence/treatment step.
