I'm not quite sure... I only know that it contains alcohol. How is the toner different?

The right amount of alcohol with the right amount of moisture. I'm using it as a cotton pad to blot.

Using it with hyaluronic acid pads for cleansing and toning makes it last longer and work even better...

There's no separate cap, so it's difficult to control the amount.
And the scent is truly like alcohol, giving a bit of an acetone feeling.
Other than that, everything was good.
