  Pros

  If you have oily combination dehydrated skin, I highly recommend this for everyone regardless of age or gender! It's excellent at removing excess oil and provides a deep cleanse. Despite the squeaky clean finish, it's not overly drying (though it's not completely non-drying, as it's not a low pH cleanser). The texture is really fantastic - after dispensing the product, add a bit of water to your hands and rub them together. The way it melts is so satisfying, giving a luxurious feel that's rare in foam cleansers. The scent is also unique and pleasant, somewhat like Earl Grey tea. I'd definitely suggest picking this up if you're in Japan, especially for those with oily skin!

  Cons

  The super clean finish might not be everyone's cup of tea, so if you're not into that, you might find this product disappointing. If you don't like Senka cleansers, you probably won't love this either, though comparing its texture, feel, and scent to Senka's almost feels unfair to this product... It's also less drying than Senka! Now, despite having 'scrubbing' in the product name, it contains some particles that neither irritate the skin nor provide any noticeable scrubbing effect. The particles are a bit large, and there are too few per use, so they just kind of float around without really exfoliating. It's nothing like the typical scrub that adheres to your skin and sloughs off dead skin cells as you massage. While the lack of irritation is good, don't buy this expecting a scrubbing effect based on the name alone!

  Tip

  Somehow my 'cons' section ended up longer... It's not so much about drawbacks, but more an explanation that despite being called a 'scrubbing wash', it doesn't really scrub. That's why it got so detailed. Personally, I love this product enough to stock up on it. If the word 'scrubbing' wasn't in the product name, my cons section would have been a quarter of its current length...
