The price is a bit burdensome, and the capsules seem a bit large for children. It works well for me though.

The ingredients are great, so I gave it to my kids. It worked well for me too. There's no fishy smell, and there was no discomfort after taking it.

The pills are on the larger side, and I feel like I tend to get a few more blemishes when I take this product.

As someone who trusts Nutrilite products, this is one of the supplements I've tried. It's the same Omega-3 that's in the Men's Pack, so I decided to order it separately. I appreciated that it doesn't have a fishy smell, and although Omega-3s can easily oxidize, the vitamin E in this product acts as an antioxidant (oxidized Omega-3s can actually be harmful). Apparently, this is even better for cardiovascular health than Omega-3 Balance. I've definitely noticed less tingling in my hands and fewer leg cramps since taking it.

Compared to other supplements, it's definitely on the pricier side.

I was intrigued by the high salmon content, so I decided to give it a try. Although the recommended dosage is 4 capsules a day, I found that a bit overwhelming and opted for just 2 capsules instead.

The pills are on the larger side, which can make them a bit challenging to swallow at times.

It's enough for about 3 weeks, but rather than taking it daily, I took it on days when I felt particularly bloated. The inclusion of salmon oil and vitamin E as an antioxidant makes it seem worthwhile, so it's become a staple for me.

I don't think it's necessary to take exactly 4 capsules every day.
I'm only taking 2 capsules myself.

The capsules are on the larger side, but they go down easily when swallowing.
I'd rather not consume gelatin (from pig skin), but I end up choosing capsule forms for convenience.
However, I'm really pleased that it doesn't contain any other additives.

I'm generally skeptical about supplements, but omega-3 is supposedly one of the must-haves. (This could be marketing hype too, but...)
I don't take it consistently, but I do buy inner beauty products when I'm intrigued by them.

2. Ingredients and how to take it
In the past, I only looked at EPA and DHA content when choosing omega-3.
But apparently, the source is more important. (According to my husband.)
I think he's right.
Since we're consuming it with food, the source of the ingredients is crucial.
This product contains 58% salmon oil.
The rest is refined fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel).
* You know sardines are considered the lowest quality fish, right?
I thought the product quality was good because of the high salmon content.

The recommended dosage is 2 capsules twice a day.
So that's 4 capsules daily, right?

3. Price
There are 90 capsules per bottle, and with the daily recommended dose of 4 capsules, it'll last just under a month.
For convenience, let's consider one bottle as a month's supply.
That means it's not particularly cheap compared to other direct purchase products.

4. Overall review
I think the ingredients are good since salmon oil is the main component.
It's in gelatin capsules and doesn't contain other chemical additives, so the product quality is really quite good.
Personally, if money weren't an issue, I'd like to keep buying this product.
