  Pros

  This is the ultimate soothing modeling mask... You won't find another mask at this price point that delivers such amazing results. During my menstrual cycle, I always get a few red, tiny blemishes, but when I use this mask, they magically disappear by the next day. It's truly miraculous! I love that there's no need to measure water separately, and the thick gel-like substance that replaces water seems to have a significant calming effect on the skin. What's more, even as time passes, the mask doesn't dry out or harden. I heard it contains glucose instead of diatomaceous earth, and it's definitely easier to remove than powder-only modeling masks, leaving no residue behind (the second photo shows the mask after 15 minutes of application).

  Cons

  When you mix parts 1 and 2 together, it feels slightly runny, so it tends to drip a bit more than traditional powder-only modeling masks. However, considering the incredible effects this mask delivers, I wouldn't even count that as a real drawback. The price might seem a bit steep at first, but they often have buy-one-get-one-free promotions. If you think about using this modeling mask just once a week, it's far more cost-effective than going to an esthetician or dermatologist.

  Start with a gentle exfoliation, then apply a generous layer of your favorite serum that works well with your skin. Follow up with this modeling mask, and the next day you'll experience heavenly skin!

  Pros

  I often saw posts from aesthetic salon owners on Instagram and got persuaded to buy this. It's now my favorite mask! Instead of just making my skin look good temporarily, I challenged myself to use it daily for a week. All my small blemishes disappeared, and my damaged skin barrier completely recovered. I love Éclat du Teint as a brand, but now I can't live without this modeling mask and their water regeneration cream.

  Cons

  The price is quite high for a modeling mask. However, if you think of it as getting a soothing and hydrating treatment at a dermatologist's office, this level of investment doesn't feel wasteful.
