They insist on calling it their 'signature' design, but I don't understand why they're so stubborn about it. The worst part is, I put it in my bag and somehow it closed improperly. Now it's stuck shut and I can't open it at all. It's infuriating! If they had just used a standard case design, this wouldn't have happened.
