As a summer cool mute tone, I heard about the famous Creamy Pink, but when I saw Calm Pink, it was so pretty I had to buy it! For me, Calm Pink seems to match my lip color better than Creamy Pink. It enhances my lips naturally without any patchiness. Compared to other pencils, this one has just the right thickness, and it applies smoothly with a lovely texture. The staying power is surprisingly good too - it feels like it really adheres to the skin! I'm using it without any complaints - I'm completely satisfied! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 8, 2024
I'm really satisfied with how naturally it creates an overlip effect. I even gifted it to my mom, and we're both enjoying it immensely. As someone with a warm complexion, it blends seamlessly with my skin tone, allowing for a subtle overlip look. The shade is slightly lighter than creamy pink, but the color is quite similar. The staying power is impressive too - even after eating hot food, I checked in the mirror and it was still perfectly in place all day long. There's absolutely nothing negative to say. I'm just completely satisfied. Both the color and the longevity were excellent. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinApr 23, 2024
Naturally creates an overlined look. Absorbs well and smudges beautifully. Less yellow undertones than Creamy Pink, making it more suitable for cool skin tones. As someone with a light summer cool tone (I think) who looks good in bright lip colors without muddiness and has small lips, I'm really pleased. I used to have Creamy Pink but gave it to my sister, then tried Amuse Smudger 02 Rose, which was too warm. After extensive searching, I found Calm Pink. I considered Dusty Pink, which is a bit darker, but there weren't many reviews. I'm satisfied with Calm Pink - it covers my dark lower lip pigmentation well. The staying power is so-so... Not sure if it's typical for lip pencils or because I always apply lip balm, but it doesn't seem to last very long. The photo shows Calm Pink as a lip liner with MAC No Potholes as a base and MAC Ruby Woo in the center. I've noticed that the overall look changes depending on the liner color, even with the same lipstick. I bought Calm Pink because Amuse Lip Smudger 02 Rose was too warm for me, and I'm happy with it. It has less yellow undertones than Creamy Pink, which suits me better. As a first-time lip pencil user, I'm impressed by how much cleaner my lips look! Even though I have small lips, it naturally enhances and defines them. The 'Calm Pink' shade is perfect for cool-toned skin, giving that 'my lips but better' effect. I was worried the pencil might be too thick, but it doesn't feel that way at all. The packaging feels a bit flimsy. When you twist the pencil up, it rattles slightly, and I'm concerned it might break easily if dropped. Other than that, I'm satisfied!
