I got it from Coupang, though the price has gone up slightly now. After shampooing and squeezing out excess water, I applied it from the scalp down and felt a warming sensation. Today I only applied it to the hair and still felt that warmth. I massaged it in thoroughly to help it absorb. It's liquid but turns milky when it touches water - so cool! It has a woodsy, forest-like scent. I prefer unscented products, so the strong fragrance is a bit much for me. After applying, my hair became incredibly smooth and I could run my fingers through it easily. My hair is usually hopeless - coarse and curly - but while drying it felt so soft. With other rinse-out treatments, I could never comb through with just my fingers while drying without breaking or pulling out strands. I loved the free sample so much that I immediately ordered a full-size. Be careful around the eyes though, it really stings! Also, rinse thoroughly from your neck and behind your ears as it leaves a slippery feeling. While the ingredients are mostly good, there are about 4 potentially unsafe ones. I wish they'd remove or improve those. Anyway, I think I'll only use this water treatment from now on. It's a game-changer for me!
ConsDue to some potentially unsafe ingredients, I only apply it from mid-length to the ends, avoiding the scalp. It would be even better if they used hypoallergenic fragrances or removed them entirely. The scent is way too strong.
TipPro tip: Apply to hair only, not the scalp. Pay extra attention when rinsing it out.
