  Pros

  The irritation is not severe compared to its concentration (similar to other products). Its water-like texture makes it easy to use in combination with other skincare products. While the skin brightening effect isn't dramatic and takes time, it is effective. The price is reasonable considering the concentration.

  Cons

  The discoloration and oxidation happen extremely quickly. It turns brown faster than other products, so it's essential to store it in the refrigerator. I've used various Vitamin C products with concentrations from 10% to 23%, but I've never seen one that oxidizes as quickly as this. It turns deep yellow so fast that I had to throw away the last bit of the product. Once refrigerated, you need to keep it chilled until you finish using it. I usually store products in a cool place away from sunlight at room temperature, but this one absolutely needs refrigeration. I won't be repurchasing this.

  Pros

  When applied avoiding blemish-prone areas, it caused no irritation. The brightening and texture improvement were noticeably better. Even my friends mentioned that my complexion had become more even without me saying anything! The formula was less oily compared to other vitamin C products I've used, which I appreciated (since I have oily skin). Of course, as it's a high-concentration pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) product, those with super sensitive skin should be cautious.

  Cons

  As with most vitamin C products, it seems the characteristic scent is unavoidable. However, it's not bothersome enough to be a real issue.

  After trying vitamin serums from other brands, I decided to give ISNTREE a shot. It's incredibly gentle on the skin and I love that it has a high vitamin C content.

  I've been trying various vitamin C creams and brightening moisturizers in summer, worried about my skin darkening. This product, however, has a unique water-like texture that applies so lightly! It's small but effective, so I'm using it consistently. Once I tried ISNTREE, I realized how gentle it is, making me want to explore more of their products!
