The most disappointing aspect is that the color isn't very pretty. When choosing a cushion, my top priorities are color and darkening. I bought this after seeing YouTube videos praising its beautiful color and lack of darkening. The swatch on my hand was slightly darker than Hera 17N with a bit more yellow undertone, but on my face, it has a slightly ashy, pinkish tone. It looks a bit light and floaty right after application, but by the time I finish my makeup, it settles into a natural look that maintains throughout the day. I was considering the YSL pink cushion but chose this one because the YSL looked ashy. Ironically, this one looks similar to that.

Personally, I think Hera New Cushion 17N has a better color for Korean skin tones. I was hoping for an ivory tone like the Naming cushion, which has a pretty color. The color of this one is really disappointing. Because of the color, I might switch to something else after finishing this.

I have dry, sensitive skin but otherwise it's pretty normal, except for some texture. My complexion has a deep undertone, so I always go one shade lighter to avoid looking dull. I've been using Hera New Black Cushion in 17N, which matches me perfectly.

After using Hera cushion in summer, my skin started to look a bit off in winter, so I was looking for a more hydrating option. That's when I decided to try this luxury cushion for the first time.

Honestly, I was surprised after using it. The adherence and coverage are even better than Hera. It has decent coverage, so if you pat it on vigorously it can build up, but with the right amount, you can achieve a thin layer without looking cakey. Amazingly, when you touch your face after application, it doesn't feel like you're wearing anything - it's as if you've just applied essence to bare skin. This was a new sensation for me with cushions.

My skin feels comfortable, and I'm curious about what kind of essence they've put in this cushion. Right after application, it's semi-matte, but by the time I finish my eye makeup, my skin feels deeply hydrated without looking too dewy on the surface. This hydrated feeling lasts all day, even after removing makeup.

Incredibly, there's minimal breakdown, caking, or darkening, and it stays put almost all day (though this could be due to my dry skin and using it in the cold season).

The texture coverage is excellent compared to others I've tried. With previous cushions, I often felt like I'd be better off without makeup due to my forehead texture, but this one feels worth the money for the first time. It makes my skin look good.

After trying a luxury cushion for the first time, I realized that while the initial application might not differ much from some high-quality drugstore options, the real difference lies in how well it maintains and resists breakdown throughout the day.

As someone with super sensitive skin who struggles to find suitable products, this one felt comfortable on my skin. I think people with similar skin types would enjoy using it.

Lastly, some reviews mentioned it being dry, which confused me at first due to mixed feedback. But I found it more hydrating than the Hera New Black Cushion. It can be as hydrating as you want depending on your base products, though it's not a dewy finish.

The luxurious design is truly beautiful. The gift packaging is also quite lovely.

If you can find a good color match, the case is pretty, and it could potentially become your holy grail product.

However, shortly after application, it slightly darkens, which might be tricky for those who prefer a brighter makeup look. It's not extreme, but noticeable. Also, the shade itself isn't particularly flattering - it's just so-so when first applied. With Guerlain, the formula is always good, but the shades tend to be a bit off.

I tried it without high expectations, but I'm impressed with how well it absorbs. When I pat it with a puff around my nose, unlike other cushions where you can feel the pores and it just sits on top of dead skin cells when you pat again, this one covers well like applying foundation with a brush! It seems to smooth over pores, uneven texture, and dead skin cells. The skin finish isn't bad either, and it's packed with Guerlain's signature scent.

The price seems to be its biggest drawback. Being a cushion, the amount is as expected, but for someone like me who can't use heavy foundations, it's definitely on the pricier side.

It has decent coverage and the scent isn't overpowering. Fortunately, it suits my skin well, so I'm happily using it. Usually, if a product doesn't agree with me, I experience tingling or blemishes, but not with this. Though I'm not typically a fan of cushion foundations, I'm already on my third refill with this one.

In summer, products specifically formulated to combat sweat and oil prove more effective than any luxury brand. If you have oily, sweat-prone skin, I strongly advise steering clear of this product.

Shockingly, after just two hours, I noticed visible creasing around my nose, oil buildup, and my pores were on full display. The mixture of oil and sweat created a patchy, uneven texture. I was stunned that a cushion costing over $100 could perform so poorly. Was it because of our country's heat? Is this product designed specifically for winter use? Regardless, no excuse can alleviate this overwhelming disappointment. I was left feeling utterly disheartened.

As someone with a 21.5 warm deep undertone who prefers a light base, I have visible pores and redness. I prioritize texture refinement and am sensitive to makeup breakdown. The Guerlain cushion case deserves three stars, but the content itself is more of a two-star affair. When I first applied this cushion, the color match was nearly perfect, and the rich texture beautifully refined my skin's texture. The dense formula, while slightly heavy, did an excellent job of minimizing pores. What truly captivated me was the glow - I fell head over heels for Guerlain's luxurious luminosity.
