Sometimes when applying, it leaves white foam on my face. Even after thorough cleansing, this happens, so it seems to be an issue with the toner itself. Just a heads up - the foam does disappear if you pat it in.

I'm using this watery toner as an exfoliating toner. It's quite pleasant to use. It has a nice cooling effect and a lovely cica scent.
