  I bought this as a gift for my dad, and he loves it! The fragrance is pleasant, and the toner has an essence-like consistency, making it so hydrating that he says using just the toner alone leaves his skin feeling moisturized. He has slightly dry skin, and when he applies both the toner and emulsion, his face feels soft and hydrated without any tightness. He also mentioned that he didn't experience any irritation on his skin at all.

  Cons

  The container is quite thick and heavy, while the product amount is a bit small. I wish they could reduce the packaging size and increase the quantity of the product.

  My dad has been using this product for years without any issues, so I thought I'd give it a try. It comes in a glass bottle with vertical straight lines. The Hera Homme Essence-in-Skin feels packed with hydration due to its essence content. When you pat it on, you can feel its slight viscosity, which helps it absorb well. It seems to apply smoothly, leaving the skin feeling moisturized and silky.

  Cons

  The fragrance might be a bit polarizing. Personally, I prefer unscented products, and I found the Hera Homme Skin to have quite a strong scent. It has that typical 'men's skincare' smell.

  Tip

  I apply this product first thing after washing my face. It feels a bit light when used alone, so I recommend following up with the emulsion from the same line for better results.
