I was worried the Dior cushion might only suit cool tones, so I switched from shade 1 to 0 and used it all up! Shade 0 actually matched my warm 21 skin tone better. I found myself reaching for this more often than regular foundation. At first, you might wonder if it's applied well, but after a day out, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how luxurious your complexion looks. It's not cakey at all, just a thin layer that evens out your skin tone beautifully! If coverage is your top priority, give this a pass! This isn't about intense, full coverage - it's more about a subtle, refined look. Also, if you're a fan of that dewy glow, try the Hydra Glow instead (I've switched to that one myself). For better coverage, use the cushion puff like a palette and apply multiple thin layers! - ah******Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2025
The adorable cushion compact seems to have a truly beautiful color. The price is quite wicked, but I recommend it for its lovely shade. The price is a bit too steep, though the packaging is pretty. It's quite expensive to purchase the full-size product. - io*****Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2025
This product is perfect for those with fair skin looking to achieve a naturally radiant complexion! While it's called a 'glow cushion', in reality, it's not a dewy, luminous product, but leans more towards a semi-matte to matte finish. However, it doesn't feel dry or cakey - instead, it adheres lightly to the skin, giving a natural, velvety finish. The coverage is quite sheer, so it won't completely conceal redness or blemishes, but I was really pleased with its beautiful, natural ivory tone. It has almost no pink undertones, yet it's not too yellow either - it's just right! I found that using an Espoir puff gave better adherence than the included applicator. The texture isn't heavy, so your skin doesn't feel suffocated or weighed down even after a full day of wear - it's comfortable throughout. This cushion would be great for those with relatively clear skin who want a natural brightening effect with a smooth, clean finish. If you're expecting high coverage and a hydrating cushion, you might be a bit disappointed. If you're looking to brighten your complexion while achieving a velvety finish, I think you'll be satisfied! I used it frequently because I absolutely loved the color. - sh*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsFeb 7, 2025
Combination dehydrated skin with oily T-zone and dry cheeks / Large pores on nose and butterfly zone / Lots of dead skin cells and peach fuzz. I have acne scars and redness, but prefer products with less coverage for a more natural look. To cut to the chase, this isn't a product that easily creates a beautiful finish on skin concerned with pores and dead skin cells. Despite its 'glow' name, it sets to a semi-matte finish without shine, even without powder. The ink-like formula makes it challenging to cover large, prominent pores by pressing and filling. It adheres thinly and smoothly, reducing the likelihood of peeling off. However, on days when my skin is particularly flaky, it tends to accentuate dead skin cells and settle into smile lines. In the hot summer, on my oily skin, it would break down with sweat and oil by afternoon. It would clog the pores on my butterfly zone, nose, and between eyebrows, revealing every pore... sigh. While it's said to have low coverage, as someone who prefers even tone correction that can balance out patchy redness rather than heavy pore coverage, I liked how thinly and naturally it applied. It can't hide blemishes, but it does a decent job of covering redness. I appreciated that it didn't build up thickly even after multiple layers. The color is neither yellow nor pink, but a beautifully bright ivory shade, which was absolutely perfect. When it breaks down, it really emphasizes dirty-looking pores and sebum. The sight of it clogging each pore was truly shocking. As it breaks down, it leaves residue in pores and on oily areas while disappearing from other parts, making the whitish sebum stand out. The texture, like powder mixed with water, made touch-ups very difficult on skin with lots of dead cells and peach fuzz. Reapplying directly on top made it go on matte, further accentuating dead skin cells and pores. The quality of the included puff is poor. I recommend replacing it with a different puff! This would likely work really well for those with smooth skin without textural issues like large pores, and those who don't struggle with dead skin cells! Since you can buy the case separately, you can first purchase just the refill to test it out, and then later buy your preferred case design if you like the product. - u1****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 2, 2025
First off, the case is slim and pretty, making it perfect for touch-ups on the go. Its semi-matte finish is ideal for year-round use, and the wide range of shades allows you to choose a natural-looking color that suits you. The price is a bit steep considering how it performs. To be honest, I think you're paying for the design. If you have large pores, it doesn't wear very gracefully, so it might be challenging to use this as your main foundation. - jt*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 11, 2025
This is one of the products I'm really enjoying. Among all the cushions I've tried, its coverage is top-notch! It does an excellent job concealing blemishes without any caking. The shade runs a bit lighter compared to other cushions, so you might want to go one shade darker than usual (I have a 22 shade skin, but this cushion feels too light; I only apply it to my T-zone, giving it about a 19 shade feel) It can feel a bit heavy on the skin. Even though I have oily skin, it gives a slightly dewy finish and has a velvety texture For those with oily skin, layering this cushion over other base products might cause pilling - pa********Combination SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedJan 9, 2025
It's wonderfully hydrating with great coverage, and I love that it doesn't feel heavy or break down even after hours of wear! The price is quite steep, and even the refill is expensive. It's disappointing that you get such a small amount for the cost. - tl*********Dry SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 27, 2024
I was curious to try the Dior cushion foundation, so I bought it. The best thing about it? Well, it's Dior! I have dry skin, and this feels extremely drying. While it claims to give a glow, for someone with dry skin like me, it actually looks quite matte. - 98********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedDec 27, 2024
The case is so beautiful and the color is so pretty that I can't switch to any other cushion foundation While it's disappointing that the coverage is low, it does build up if you apply multiple layers - 9r****Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 19, 2024
This product has excellent coverage and virtually no darkening! It has great staying power and adheres as well as other brands' matte cushions, so I'll likely use this in winter. There's a slight emphasis on dead skin cells. Although it's called a glow cushion, its characteristic is that it doesn't actually glow. You can achieve a dewy look if you really pack on the hydration. Dior seems to be suitable for oily skin types. When you first open it, even the lightest touch picks up a lot of product on the puff. Be sure to control the amount you use!
