I tried the Sekkisei toner for the first time and I'm absolutely thrilled! It's perfect for my dry skin that needs hydration. After applying, my skin feels so moisturized. I used to think toners were just for refining skin texture, but Sekkisei goes beyond that, providing deep hydration and leaving my skin plump. The packaging with its transparent logo is beautiful too, making each use a delightful experience. There's hardly anything to complain about! I just wish they'd come out with a larger size version. For maximum hydration, I recommend applying the Sekkisei toner generously right after cleansing. It works great in combination with the Sekkisei emulsion too.

Unfortunately, it causes blemishes on my skin. I tested it twice just to be sure, and small red bumps appear. It's such a shame because I really like it otherwise.
