This moisturizer has a hydrating formula that absorbs well. It applies smoothly and leaves a refreshing finish on the skin - I loved it! What's more, I used it together with CE Ferulic, and my skin texture improved dramatically! Personally, the CE Ferulic followed by Meta Cell B3 has been the most satisfying combination among my skincare products.
