I chose this product with the scent in mind, and I must say, the fragrance is unique and lovely. It's a powdery scent that's not too heavy, sweet, or floral, which I really appreciate. To be honest, I gave it 4 stars just for the scent alone! The product claims it can be used on dry hair, and despite its thick and slightly sticky texture, it applies smoothly even on dry locks. However, I found it spreads more evenly when applied to damp hair. The consistency is quite rich, which initially made me skeptical about its application, but surprisingly, it glides on without feeling heavy or sticky. There's no clumping either. I'm curious about the other fragrances in the line, so once I finish this one, I'd love to try those too. As my hair isn't particularly damaged, I can't really tell if it's having a significant improving effect on my hair's condition. It's great for saving time during the morning rush, and best of all, it beautifully enhances perm curls and improves hair texture. I'm already on my second bottle. Like other no-wash treatments, if you don't control the amount well, your hair can become greasy and flat. I prefer this fragrance over ylang-ylang (personal opinion).
