  True to its name as a soothing BB cushion that lets your skin breathe, it felt so gentle that I could barely tell I was wearing anything! The formula applies with a hydrating feel, which prevented any flakiness - a real plus! Living up to its 'Bio Cover Balm' name, it provides quite good coverage for a cushion. It effectively concealed my redness and blemishes without the need for additional concealer!

  Due to its hydrating formula, it felt a bit greasy and sticky on my oily skin. However, this would be an excellent product for those who prefer a dewy skin look or have dry skin! Also, while the push-down packaging is hygienic, I found that when wiping the applicator, it would sometimes press down and dispense more product than needed.

  Since the cushion doesn't have the typical sponge-soaked formula, it's a great advantage that you can use it like a palette and mix shades for customized application!

  This product worked better for my mom in her 50s than for me. I'm shade 19 with sensitive, dry skin, while my mom is 22-23 with dry skin. Although I have dry skin, I prefer semi-matte bases for longevity and adherence. My mom, on the other hand, loves ultra-moisturizing products and sunscreens packed with oils. The case is trendy and hygienic, while the puff is basic but effective at absorbing excess oil. It's lightweight and surprisingly semi-matte, offering good adherence (it didn't look patchy even when applied to skin lacking hydration). There was minimal transfer when I pressed a tissue to my face right after application (though it might transfer more if you use very moisturizing base products). It provides enough coverage to naturally conceal dark spots and evens out the complexion nicely.

  While it does have some oil content, there's a slightly heavy feeling. It also has a bit of a grayish cast, unfortunately. Although it seems the focus was on the ingredients, I personally didn't find them to be as impressive as I expected.

Luckily, I got selected by The Hwahae Testers to try it out. Usually, when I use cushions, pressing the contents and applying directly to my face can make my skin look redder or cause breakouts when my skin isn't at its best. However, this cushion dispenses the BB cream when pressed, making it more hygienic. The packaging seems thoughtfully designed for sensitive skin, and with its cica ingredients, it felt less irritating than other cushions or foundations when applied, even on bad skin days.

  As someone who usually feels suffocated when wearing makeup, I typically only use a brightening moisturizer and tinted sunscreen for my daily skin routine! I discovered the LaLa Clara Cover Balm BB Cream. Unlike tube formats, this compact design is more portable, and the airless pump allows for cleaner application. I received shade 03 Natural Beige. When I pressed it, I was surprised by how fluid the balm was! I applied a small amount to the puff and spread it on my skin. Oh, it feels so hydrating! It glided smoothly over my pores. (As instructed, I pressed it into pore areas, then gently patted) One layer naturally covered my pores and evened my complexion. Most importantly, my skin didn't feel suffocated at all! It adhered perfectly with no patchiness, and gave such a lovely glow! (See attached photo right after application) I immediately touched my skin to check if it was oily, but there was no stickiness or transfer. Wow, what is this magic? I have so many cushions piled up that I don't use due to that suffocating feeling... But this will be my go-to for skin perfecting from now on! With great ingredients for wrinkle improvement, brightening, and hydration, it's even safe to sleep in! I'm so satisfied with the LaLa Clara Cover Balm - it doesn't stress my skin and gives a beautiful complexion!

Packaging: Hygienic design with a pump dispenser, allowing controlled product release. As someone prone to blemishes, I always appreciate such sanitary packaging! Color: I usually wear shade 22, but the Natural Beige seemed slightly lighter. Being a BB cream, it has a slight grayish undertone. Check the right side of the hand swatch for reference!
