  This warm-toned Rom&nd Blurring Tint is perfect for a base lip look :) It applies thinly and has good adhesion, so it lasts well and finishes with a soft, powdery look! The color is so lovely, and I think it would look even more subtle if used together with a lip pencil! This is my honest, self-purchased review :)

  There is some dryness, as it is a velvet tint product!
