It's not irritating, the cotton pad is soft and doesn't hurt, I like it.

It's a bit expensive :( I use it up faster than expected, and some people (my sister says she's like that) find it stings sometimes.. I was fine with it.

The amount of essence is incredibly generous, so even when I leave the toner pad pack on for a long time, it doesn't dry out easily. When I wipe it off, it leaves a subtle glow and my skin feels plump.
Cons
They claimed the citron extract has whitening benefits, but since my skin is already quite yellow, the effects were negligible. I don't use it daily, but occasionally wiping with the toner pad leaves my face feeling refreshed. And the clip... oh no, the clip falls off every time I close the lid. Another slightly disappointing aspect, though it's not a big deal, is that the pads are so thin that I can't tell if I've picked up one or two at a time (which could be considered a good thing, I suppose).
Tip
I'm on my third bottle now. If you press the pads down firmly with the clip before use, the essence will wick all the way up to the top pad. That way, you can use up the essence in the last pad. In the second bottle, I didn't press them down, and ended up wasting a lot of leftover essence. It was such a shame!
