  I started with Flou's famous scrub product. While my keratosis pilaris isn't severe, it does worsen when my skin is dry. I've successfully used about 5 bottles of body scrub. The advantage is that you don't need a separate scrubbing step, making it convenient as an all-in-one solution.

  Cons

  It doesn't give the same satisfying feeling as using a dedicated scrub. I'm not even sure if it's effectively exfoliating. While it's convenient, it seems to lack the definitive results you'd expect.

  For those dealing with keratosis pilaris or needing significant skin improvement, I'd recommend purchasing a separate scrub. However, if you don't have major skin concerns, this product could be a suitable, fuss-free option for everyday use.
