I used to wash my baby with regular bath soap after diaper changes, but I wondered if that was right. The ingredients are gentle, and it's so convenient to use - I can hold the baby with one hand and pump the foam with the other. It lathers up instantly. It lathers up nicely and has great cleansing effectiveness! We've been using it since my baby was a newborn! However, since it's a bottom cleanser, it would be nice if it had a slight fragrance. When my baby was a newborn, the unscented version was fine, but around the first birthday, I felt we needed some scent. That's the only downside.
