The first time you use it, you need to press the button about 5 times or more for the product to come out. If blackheads are your concern, it might be helpful to take before and after photos for comparison.

How to use:
Press the button on the side of the product, then apply it to the desired area (nose, forehead, etc.). Gently roll with your fingers for 2-3 minutes. Then, use the cleaning brush for 30-60 seconds, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Usage frequency:
I use it up to twice a week, or as little as once every 1-2 weeks. I've been using it for nearly 8 months, and one press of the button dispenses enough product. Personally, I find it lasts a long time with generous use.

It doesn't actually remove blackheads or whiteheads. The advertising is extremely misleading. I don't understand why they're selling a product that doesn't work... I feel foolish for falling for it.

There's nothing good to say. The application process is inconvenient, and using a cleansing oil is far more effective for removing whiteheads.

Just follow the instructions as written on the package. Don't forget to use it on your chin too!

This product is fantastic at dissolving sebum! When you massage it in, it feels warm and oily. It's amazing how the product itself is warm! As we know, oil is great for blackheads. When you rub it with your hands, the heat seems to help it dissolve even better. After massaging with the product, just wash it off and you're done! Even after one use, my skin felt so smooth. It's not irritating at all, so I plan to use it consistently. I love how convenient it is. Thank you for this great product!
