For effectiveness, the recommended daily intake is about 20,000mg, but this product only contains 500mg. Although it says to take a maximum of 2 pills, you'd need to take 4 to meet the daily recommended amount. However, due to its high sugar content, people with diabetes might want to avoid this. I'm taking it along with probiotics and vitamins. I haven't been using it for long, but I've heard it shows results after about 2 months of consistent use, so I'm planning to stick with it.
