I first tried the version that comes in a jar, but due to its high oil content, it seemed to change texture and become lumpy (I asked about this and was told it's still safe to consume, it's just because of the oils). This individually packaged version is much better - it's more hygienic and won't change texture. That's a big plus. I also love that it contains selenium, which is great for sleep health and overall well-being.
