This is an all-in-one cleanser in a watery gel type. It lathers up quite well, and one pump is enough to cleanse from the head to the upper body. I only need to pump it halfway to clean the lower body. The cleansing power seems decent, and since it's fragrance-free and unscented, it feels gentle. It was great to use without any irritation or scent, especially during my pregnancy! As an all-in-one cleanser, I even used it as a shampoo, but usually a few days after shampooing, my hair would become oily and sticky. But with this product, that didn't happen!!!!!! The lather was also great. I bought this with my own money and it was really good!! Even after a C-section, when I couldn't wash my hair for a few days, there was no itchiness, and my hair stayed surprisingly soft and fluffy 👍🏻👍🏻
