This cream is quite good without any notable downsides. It is non-irritating and provides sufficient moisture even for dry skin. However, since it contains salicylic acid, those with extremely sensitive skin may want to do a patch test before purchasing.

It applies smoothly without feeling greasy.
It helps to refine slightly uneven skin texture, likely due to the salicylic acid content, and does not cause any trouble.
