For special occasions, I recommend taking two packets the day before for intensive care.

I'm not sure if I'll see results even after taking it consistently for a long time... I'm starting to think getting glutathione injections might be more effective.

The product contains 50mg of L-glutathione yeast extract with 40% purity. While I've seen some with 80% purity, most seem to be around 40%. Plus, with the discount, it came to about 600-700 won per packet, making it quite affordable compared to other supplements I've taken.
