I heard pineapple is good for dieting, so I bought these enzymes from Olive Young to try out! First off, you only need to take one packet a day, and it comes with a two-week supply. The taste had a sweet pineapple flavor. It was easy to take. The last time I tried grain enzymes, swallowing was really uncomfortable, but this one didn't cause any aversion, which was great. That feeling of fullness after eating? It seems to be gone. Usually, when I feel bloated, I get sleepy, but today even though I ate a big lunch, I didn't have that feeling, which was nice. After taking it for about 4 days, I think it's helping with digestion! I'm also having regular bathroom visits, if you know what I mean. It doesn't seem to make you lose weight though. To be fair, at this price point for enzymes, some effectiveness has probably been proven... The potency seems higher than the enzymes I used to take, making it great for calming the mind and body after overeating. The taste... It starts with a refreshing pineapple flavor, but oh... it's just too unpleasant. I'm considering trying the grain enzyme instead of the pineapple one next time. The taste is really not to my liking.
