Purchase motivation: I heard amazing things about the No. 4 toner pads from Numbuzin, but since I prefer using liquid toners over pads, I decided to try this. Pros: Now I understand why it's called a 'makeup-friendly' toner! A few seconds after application, my skin feels so smooth - it really does make makeup adhere well. If you layer it 3-4 times with small amounts, your makeup will stay put all day long. My skin feels comfortable throughout the day. On important days, if you layer it and give it enough time to absorb, your skin will feel comfortable all day, and when you apply cushion or foundation, your skin will look incredibly good! I think this toner would work well for all skin types - dry, combination, combination dehydrated, and oily. I bought two and share with my sister who has extremely oily skin, and even she loves it, saying it makes her makeup adhere so well! I believe all skin types can use this comfortably.
