It's great for warming up your body when drunk hot, and it's also refreshing as a cold beverage with ice. It's nice to drink with food as it enhances the appetite and seems to aid digestion. Unlike some kombucha that can taste unpleasant or off when warm, this one from Damtuh is tasty whether you drink it very hot or ice-cold.

Be careful when dissolving it in hot water as bubbles can form quickly and it might overflow. Pour the water slowly and dissolve carefully. I didn't particularly notice any effects on bowel movements.

I've tried about 2-3 packs (20 sachets × 3). It's delicious even when consumed piping hot. The pocket design is cute, and there's character packaging inside.
