 I bought a few different brand products as meal replacements for my early morning commute, rather than for dieting, so the taste and not getting tired of it was more important than the ingredients.
Relatively, the products had higher sugar and lower protein content.
The second main ingredient after isolated soy protein was fructose, so the sugar content seemed high. While there were various vitamins and nutrients, since I'm already taking supplements, I'm drawn more to products with a cleaner ingredient list.

 When you open the lid, a sweet and refreshing strawberry aroma immediately wafts up, and there are even freeze-dried strawberries inside, making it feel like a strawberry latte.

I added milk and it tasted like strawberry yogurt made with milk, with a slightly powdery sensation like mixing powdered cereal in water. 

While I've only tried slightly muted flavors like chocolate or grains before, the refreshing taste of strawberry seems like a good option to have occasionally when the protein powder gets monotonous.

It also mixes well without needing too much shaking, and the pouch format is more convenient to carry around than the tub, even though it's a bit more expensive.

-Recommend 150-180ml of milk, but even with 200ml, the thickness is just right, the feeling of fullness lasts a long time, and it's good.
-I've tried various flavors of Shake Baby, and regardless of the flavor, the basic taste is like roasted soybean powder, with a slightly thick and grainy cereal-like flavor. This is the base taste, to which different flavors like matcha, chocolate, and strawberry are added.
-I recommend buying it during a sale (the price difference is significant).
-I'm not using it for dieting, weight loss, or bodybuilding purposes, so the protein or carbohydrate ratio is not very important to me. I just find it convenient to have as a dinner substitute, so I'll likely continue purchasing and consuming it.

 -Due to the nature of the pouch product, when I poured the milk and shook it for a long time, the powder was sometimes not fully mixed and clumped. Since I poured 200ml, there was not much empty space in the pouch, so it did not mix as well. When drinking at the light level, it would be best to shake it thoroughly, take a sip or two, then add more air by squeezing the pouch, close the lid, and shake it again to mix it well.
-The shaker bottle provided as a gift with the purchase of the larger container of this brand is really good, so if I buy the pouch form again, I will likely transfer the contents to the shaker bottle and mix it well there.

 -The milk volume display on the pouch has three levels: dark, normal, and light. After opening a 200ml sterilized milk and pouring it all, it was just at the light level. The milk volume seems to be 150ml for light, 180ml for normal, and 200ml for light, and the markings appear to be accurate.
-When mixed with 200ml, the taste is quite close to strawberry milk. However, it is not as good as the fresh strawberry latte sold in cafes, as it has a protein-specific thick and chewy mouthfeel, and the strawberry flavor is more pronounced. The inclusion of freeze-dried strawberries provides a crunchy texture, which enhances the strawberry taste.
-Even when mixed with 200ml to the light level, it is still somewhat thick and chewy. Mixing it to the normal or dark level might be too thick, but it can be adjusted to personal preference.
-The feeling of fullness lasts for about 4 hours personally.
-It is recommended as a substitute for dinner.
