I'm on my nth bottle of the Hwahae serum... It effectively hydrates and tackles dryness with its low-molecular formula. In winter, I layer it twice, while in summer, once is enough - no stickiness, just hydration and relief from dryness. When adult acne flares up, I use this product to replenish moisture, and then apply spot treatments for the rest. I love using it morning and night, anytime.
