Pros

I often used to eat cereal bars when it was hard to have breakfast in the morning, but replacing them with protein bars made me feel like I was taking better care of my health. I used to think, 'Isn't protein just for people who work out?' But since my meals were mostly carbohydrates, even though it's only 7g, it felt like I was getting some much-needed protein supplementation.

Cons

The shape looked like crushed chocolate cookies pressed back together, so when I first opened it, it didn't look very appetizing. Although it wasn't a hard texture and was easy to chew, it crumbled easily, leaving a powdery residue, which was a bit disappointing in terms of texture. Also, while I don't dislike milk tea, I'm not a huge fan either, so when mixed with the cookie flavor, it became overly sweet for my taste.
