I'm a dedicated reviewer who tries all the famous skincare products from Hwahae, Instagram, YouTube, and Olive Young :) Entering my 30s, I've sadly noticed that once my skin gets irritated, it takes longer to recover... Discovering the lesser-known brand Today With has been a ray of hope for my skincare routine. I usually stock up on 2-3 jars of this cream from Coupang, and I'm almost out. It's become my go-to remedy when my skin acts up. When my skin is irritated, even hyaluronic acid ampoules can cause redness, tiny bumps, and uneven texture - it's like my skin barrier completely breaks down... I can't even imagine using toners or ampoules then, as even water stings, itches, and causes a burning sensation... Once again, trusting this brand, I bought their first-step ampoule. 💙Texture: It's not sticky at all, feels like applying essence from a sheet mask 💙Absorption: It quickly absorbs into my dry, sponge-like skin without leaving any residue 💙I dedicate this review to all those with super sensitive skin
ConsRecently, I suddenly developed tiny bumps on my face... In these cases, it could be due to 1. Over-cleansing? 2. Excess oil? 3. Lack of hydration? After thinking it through, I felt it wasn't 1 or 2, so I decided to try this ampoule along with the cream. On the first day, my face turned red, and I thought, 'Oh no, did I make a mistake? Is this not right for me?' But since I've trusted the cream as my go-to for two jars, I went to sleep anyway. The next morning, sure enough, it was dehydration!!! My face had been so parched that it caused those tiny bumps.
TipIt seems that a strong skin barrier is necessary before using high-performance products. After all, hydration appears to be the most fundamental aspect of basic skincare!
