My skin was blemish-free until winter came, bringing dead skin cells and tiny whiteheads. While searching for a good cream, I tried this product. I'm satisfied with how it seems to create a protective barrier that keeps moisture from evaporating. I usually dislike oily products on my skin, so even in dry weather, I avoid heavy creams. This one, however, strikes a perfect balance - neither too heavy nor too light, leaving my skin feeling comfortable. It's as if my skin can breathe! The texture isn't thick, but it's not quite a gel cream either - it's a standard emulsion. There's barely any scent, which is great. The packaging is a clean, pretty white tube (I appreciate how hygienic it is).
ConsGiven the higher price point and 10% panthenol content, I had slightly higher expectations. After using it for a week, I haven't seen any significant changes (like eliminating whiteheads, improving wrinkles, or enhancing skin texture). It seems this might be a product that requires consistent, long-term use.
TipThis gentle, back-to-basics cream seems like it could improve your skin with consistent use. Even in very dry weather, it absorbs well under makeup (cushion foundation) without pilling and keeps skin moisturized! Try applying a small amount to areas prone to flaking before makeup. At night, I applied it generously to my lips and sealed it with Vaseline - woke up with plump lips the next day! (Note: It tastes a bit bitter, so avoid licking your lips).
