Pros

When you open the lid, you're hit with an incredibly sweet scent! It's seriously sugary sweet. I bought it during a sale at Olive Young, and I love that it's sweet while also giving you a vitamin boost. It feels like a nutritious treat.

Cons

Luckily, the weather is cool now, but I have a feeling that if you keep this sugar-like product in a warm place, it might become sticky.

Pros

I primarily look at taste and texture when it comes to gummy supplements, and I loved the tangy raspberry flavor of these. While not super chewy, I appreciated that they weren't overly jiggly either. They're so tasty you could almost eat them as a snack, which makes taking them feel less like a chore. I found myself consistently remembering to take them, regardless of the time of day. I've only had biotin in small amounts in multivitamins before, so I wanted to try a higher dose. Even though these are gummies, the biotin content seemed quite high.

Cons

The price was a bit steep at over $30 for a one-month supply. They're coated in a sugar-like powder that sometimes gets on your hands. With 10 kcal per day and added sugar, those watching their intake might prefer regular pill supplements. Besides biotin, it contains vitamins and zinc, but since I'm already taking individual supplements for those, I'll look for a biotin-only product next time. For transparency, I finished the whole bottle but didn't notice any effects. Still, since it's supposed to be good for you, maybe consistent use will show benefits in the long run?
