If you're going to use it, apply it in an incredibly thin layer, I mean really, really thin

I applied this as the last step of my nighttime skincare routine before bed, but when I woke up in the morning, it hadn't fully absorbed, leaving an oily residue. Seriously, those with oily skin, please stay away! This even irritated my skin, so I definitely don't recommend it for those with sensitive skin

When your skin is feeling sensitive or looking red, apply a thick layer like a mask. It quickly soothes and calms the skin.

Being a gel-type, it's on the lighter side, so you can't expect intense hydration. However, since I don't have extremely dry skin, it worked fine for me.

It really helped calm my skin. When I apply it to reddened areas, the irritation subsides quickly.
