The pills are on the smaller side, so even someone like me who struggles with swallowing medication could take them without any trouble. I've been taking them consistently for over 6 months, and I've noticed an improvement in vaginal discharge! (My digestive system was already in good shape, so I'm not sure about that, but since I've seen benefits for vaginal health, I imagine it's good for the gut too!) They're expensive. Being a vaginal probiotic, they're on the pricier side. Also, those with dairy allergies should check the ingredients before taking them! I was looking for vaginal probiotics due to a yeast infection, and since I already use Rael pads, I decided to give these a try. Even though I bought them on sale, they were still a bit pricey. However, they've been effective, so I'm now on my third bottle. Well, they are a bit expensive, but since they work... It's beneficial to take several of these when you have a yeast infection.
