You can buy pack sheets at Daiso - just apply a generous amount of the Hwahae gel cream to your face, then soak the pack sheet in any inexpensive toner or mist you have at home and apply it to your face. But after hearing so many good things about it, I tried the aloe gel cream from Kim Jung Mun Aloe, and it's truly amazing - it's become a holy grail product for me.
The soothing effect is definite, it quickly calms down any troubles, and the moisturizing effect is great too. I make sure to apply a generous amount before bed, after getting up to use the restroom or taking a sip of water, and when I wake up the next morning, my skin feels noticeably better.
It soothes itchy areas and calms down trouble spots - it's an almost all-purpose skin soother.

It's been over 10 years since I started using aloe.
After using cheap aloe products for a long time, I met Raehel Aloe Soothing Gel and my skin improved a lot. 
After the original product was discontinued, I found Kim Jeong-moon's aloe through my search, and it's been great.
Most other aloe products that come out in the summer tend to leave a tight feeling after use, but this one doesn't.
It's a product I always keep in stock and use.
