I found that applying a rich moisturizer before putting on the patches helped reduce the irritation.

I've been using it for about three months now... I really enjoyed using Mediheal's collagen-infused pads, so I was curious about the brown ones and decided to give them a try. I'm not sure if they're particularly good, but unlike other pad products, these have tiny holes and stretch well. They contain retinol, so I use them in the evening, but I don't feel much hydration and wonder if I'm using them incorrectly. I can't really pinpoint any specific benefits... sigh.

The spider web-like pattern causes it to dry out quickly. They say this pattern helps with elasticity, but I'm not sure about that. The adhesion is poor, so it falls off if I tilt my head even slightly. The tweezers are extremely inconvenient; they don't grip well and require a lot of force, making my fingers shake when using them. I ended up using different tweezers. Please, please redesign the tweezers.

The retinol seems to be helping smooth out my smile lines. No blemishes have appeared.

As all women know, I recommend applying 3-4 pads to your face for 5-10 minutes before they dry, prior to your skincare routine or makeup application!

The essence-rich formula gives a sensation of hydration building from within, and the moisture doesn't evaporate quickly, which I absolutely love. Best of all, there's no sticky residue. When my skin isn't at its best, these pads are perfect for masking due to their large size and plentiful essence. Makeup application afterwards is remarkably smooth. If you're considering purchasing pads, I wholeheartedly recommend this product!

It's a bit heavy to use before makeup.
I tried using it before going out, applying it while drying my hair and doing my makeup. Maybe it's because I haven't worn makeup in a while, but it caused some pilling.
