  Pros

  - Feels refreshing when applied - Doesn't cause blemishes - Doesn't leave skin feeling dry - Absorbs well - Large quantity means you don't need to repurchase often - Reasonably priced

  Cons

  - No real downsides. I thought it would be less moisturizing than the emulsion, but it's surprisingly hydrating

  Pros

  The Arilaak Aloe Soothing Gel works wonders for calming the skin even without refrigeration. (Though I'd recommend chilling it in summer!) First off, it's free from harmful ingredients, so no blemishes. The huge volume is fantastic, and it's got a generous shelf life until July 2025. It's such great value for money! I think we'll use it even more in summer. The whole family applies it whenever we need some soothing action.

  Cons

  There's not much to complain about! If I had to nitpick, I'd wish for an even longer shelf life, given the large quantity. But I suppose if we use it frequently all over the body, we'll get through it in time.

  Tip

  You probably know this already, but it feels even better when you keep it in the fridge during summer! For super sensitive skin, I've found layering the aloe gel twice and then applying a hydrating cream on top makes the skin extra supple and moisturized.

  Pros

  First off, it's great value for money. The absorption is excellent. Even when applied all over the body after a shower, it doesn't cause many blemishes. When used on areas that need soothing, it calms the skin quickly.

  Cons

  I previously used Aromatica products, but bought this when it was on sale. Compared to Aromatica, it takes longer to absorb. There's also a slight artificial scent, reminiscent of plastic. Its soothing effect and hydration are similar. However, it lacks sufficient moisture for use in the dead of winter, so I have to layer it - first applying this soothing gel, then following up with another moisturizing product.
