Pros
The packaging was neat, so I liked the first impression. The product formulation was not as watery as the Tony Mori Ceramide Toner I used before. The Cica Hazel Toner was a bit thicker(?). When I applied it to my face, at first I thought 'What is this?' as it felt a bit sticky, but it absorbed quickly and the usage experience was really good. But it didn't feel tight or dry, which was surprising. Usually when absorption is fast, it can get dry. There were also no harmful ingredients. These days, there are a lot of such products, so it's not extremely competitive, but I could use it with confidence. I have oily skin and in the summer I just use toner and sunscreen to go to work. So I didn't want a very sticky toner, and this was just right. And since I don't have much skin trouble, I can't really speak about the effects of the cica ingredients.

I have combination skin. This product seems suitable for all skin types, including oily and dry. After cleansing, I applied it and it felt moisturizing and absorbed quickly into my skin!!!
