For about a month in March, it's been so-so. It doesn't have an extraordinary effect on severe dryness. If you use this as the only serum step, it would be suitable for seasons other than winter! It seems to provide a certain degree of soothing.
Cons
There was no significant change in my skin, and it felt a bit light to use during the still chilly season.
