  This cream applies smoothly and provides excellent hydration. It absorbs well without leaving any sticky residue, which I really appreciate. When used as a base before makeup, it prevents flaking and helps the makeup adhere beautifully. The slight richness makes it perfect for dry weather. I noticed that if I don't moisturize thoroughly before applying the cream, I can feel some deep dryness. So, I found it works best when I layer several coats of serum for hydration before applying the cream.

  Occasionally, I experience a tingling sensation. Also, since it comes in a jar, having to use a spatula to scoop it out can be a bit inconvenient.

  I didn't research this product before buying it, I just happened to have it at home and tried it out. When I apply a generous amount before bed, I wake up with incredibly soft skin, and it even seems to tackle that deep dryness!

  Cons

  I believe this product might cause a tingling sensation if used when your face is very dry, and I experienced that at first too! Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious as it may cause some irritation.

  I tried a sample I received gratis before, and I was impressed by how lightweight the formula was. It absorbed quickly when applied, leaving my skin feeling quite hydrated, so I ended up purchasing the full-size version. Being fragrance-free, it didn't irritate my sensitive skin, and the lightweight packaging made it really convenient to use.

  However, when I used it while my skin barrier was compromised, my face felt incredibly tingly... Once that sensation started, the tingling persisted even after my skin had recovered. I eventually had to stop using it, which was really disappointing. Also, the ingredients are a bit... well, let's just say the value for money is somewhat...

  It's best to avoid using this when your skin barrier is weak! The issue was with my skin, not the product itself, so I still recommend it!
